Blue Curve Limited, a leading provider of financial research software solutions to the securities industry, announces that it has signed an agreement with African Alliance for its Blue Curve product suite.
African Alliance will implement several Blue Curve modules to enhance the management of their research content and it’s distribution to their customers. The new solution will provide a financial database, automated email distribution, automated vendor distribution and a new Web Portal that will combine African Alliance research content, forecasts and historic data.
Blue Curve was chosen after a rigorous vendor selection process on the basis that the software will provide more functionality, is more flexible and is quicker to implement than other similar products.
Blue Curve Limited will host the Blue Curve software so it can be accessed across the Internet by all African Alliance analysts operating throughout Africa, whether in the office or travelling.
Randolph Oosthuizen, Head of Research at African Alliance commented:
“When looking to upgrade our existing system we researched the market and found Blue Curve to offer the most functionality and flexibility for a business with our structure and size. We’re a growing company and we also need a system that could grow with us."
Mark Robertson, CEO of Blue Curve Limited added:
“We are delighted that African Alliance has chosen Blue Curve as the basis for it’s new research platform. We are proud to be involved in the growth of the African securities business and are excited about working with such a dynamic company. This deal also highlights the extended appeal of Blue Curve v5 as we deliver it as a hosted service and move towards the SaaS business model.”
